FoCE Welcomes Vince Hall as New Executive Director
Future of California Elections (FoCE) today announced the appointment of Vince Hall as Executive Director. Hall brings over two decades of public policy experience in local, state, and federal government to his new position, including serving as Staff Director for Governor Gray Davis. More recently he served for eight years as Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications for Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest, where he directed governmental relations and served on the State Legislative Committee. He has also served as a consultant to communities engaged in redistricting, bringing experience in, and passion for, fair and efficient elections.Read more.
