Orange County Registrar of Voters Neal Kelley

Kelley is registrar of voters for Orange County, California, the fifth largest voting jurisdiction in the U.S., serving more than 1.6 million registered voters. He has received numerous state and national awards for election administration, including the “Public Official of the Year” award by the National Association of County Recorders, Election Officials and Clerks. Kelley is past president of the California Association of Clerks and Election Officials, and is past president for the National Association of County Recorders, Election Officials and Clerks. Kelley earned a bachelor’s from the University of Redlands and a master’s from the University of Southern California.
