Future of California Elections and the Center for Inclusive Democracy at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy partnered in the research study, “Voter Messaging in the Time of COVID-19.” The project explored the opinions of eligible voters in California regarding the likelihood of their electoral participation during the COVID-19 pandemic.
