Voter’s Choice California, a project of Future of California Elections, developed a guide to aid election officials in implementing the California Voter’s Choice Act, particularly in engaging public participation in what is one of the most voter-centric approaches to elections in the nation. The guide specifically addresses the development of Election Administration Plans (EAPs), and leverages the expertise of election officials in voter outreach for their specific communities.
