The Election Administration Plan Voter Education and Outreach Plan Checklist, available here, provides the voter education and outreach topics that should be included in the Election Administration Plan. The checklist includes detailed descriptions of actions to be taken along with pertinent election codes, including: the Voter Education & Outreach Plan included in the EAP with descriptions of suggested methods and steps for the outreach; and additional requirements regarding hours of operation, security and contingency plans, design and layout of vote centers, and more.

The archived materials here are specific to the first two election cycles of the law and are listed as sample materials. Revisions should be made as changes and amendments are made to the Voter’s Choice Act.
